In terms of quality and reliability, the RAV4 got 86 out of 100 which is quite an impeccable score. It got a score of 85 out of 100 in overall consumer satisfaction. How well did the 2016 Toyota RAV4 fare in the J.D. In fact, the 2005 and the 2006 model years were almost problem-free.
With the 2014 model year, there were some internal component issues. Apart from the 20 model years none of the model years had major problems. The 2007 model year started having engine issues but the 2008 model year took it to record high numbers. But the worst model year for RAV4’s reliability was the 2008 model year.
